How do the Microsoft Word files work that are emailed? It's pretty simple. Each file has an original template version of the Participant's Workbook or Facilitator's Guide in Microsoft Word. Once you "open" the template of either the Participant's Workbook or Facilitator's Guide, you have all the capabilities of Word as long as you have the appropriate Microsoft software loaded to read the file. To save your work, use the "save as" command and rename the program. Once you do that, you will have your new version in addition to the original template.
2. How does the Right to Reproduce and Customization work? When you purchase our Reproducible Programs, you are given the right to modify, change, edit, delete, import, export, copy, paste, add color, logos, clip art, fonts, etc., any of the content. You can create your own programs using our content as your starting point. Your only limitations to changes are the capabilities of Microsoft Word. If Word can do what you're looking for, then you can do it with our programs. You can also make as many copies as you like of your modified programs as often as you need them. Just keep the changes and copies within the purchasing organization.
3. How would you describe your training programs? We feel our customizable reproducible training programs offer one of the best training values found anywhere. If necessary, our programs are ready-to-print and very simple to facilitate. You don't need to train trainers. The workbooks have enough instruction for each exercise to make it easy for any facilitator. Our Facilitator's Guide provides you with all the needed insights and suggestions to assist in creating a successful training workshop. You'll find the professional quality design ensures instant credibility with your participants, while the interactive design and work-related exercises maintains the interest and involvement of your participants. 5. I'm an independent consultant and would like to custom develop training programs for my clients. How does it work when I consult and train many different clients? It works the same whether you're training employees, customers, or clients. In your case, you could create your own programs and reproduce them as often as you need them to train your clients. For example, if you had 10 different clients all wanting their own custom version of Coaching, you could develop 10 completely different programs using our Coaching program as your starting point. Each program could have its own logo on each page, different work-related situations, different graphics, etc. You would only pay a one-time fee of $199.00 for the Coaching program. If any of your clients would like to do their own reproduction because they have their own facilitators, they would need to purchase their own Coaching Program for the right to do that. Otherwise, you would need to make the copies for them. 6. Our company trains over 6,000 employees in several different locations. What fees are involved with your programs? Our fees are simply a one-time cost for any of our programs. The number of participants you train, when you train them, or where you train them, do not affect your costs with us. Your only ongoing costs would be for copying, printing, binders, etc., which we are not involved with. You handle and control all those costs unless you would like us to handle it for you. As you can see, the cost differential when using our reproducible programs can be significant. 7. How easy is it to customize your programs? If you're comfortable using Microsoft Word it's very easy to do. Just edit the content like you would any Word document.
8. We are interested in combining different content from several of your programs to produce our own custom version. Can we do that with your programs? Yes. All you need to do is purchase the training programs that you need. From there, you can start combining the content to create your own programs. 9. Can we import the content into our own publishing and authoring software? Yes.
